Is there a wedding registry?

2

Yes, please find our wedding registry linked here.

While there will be a card box and small gift table at the wedding, we ask that you please utilize the shipping functionality on the registry as we’re unable to easily store physical gifts at the venue . Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

3

The wedding is completely outdoors. While San Diego in July is usually quite predictable , we appreciate all prayers to the weather gods in advance of our wedding day! San Diego is typically 65-75 degrees in July.

What is the wedding dress code?

4

The welcome party attire is coastal cocktail. Think dressing for a nice dinner on a tropical vacation. For styling inspiration for the welcome party, please see a Pinterest board linked here.

The wedding day attire is beach formal. Funky fits and bold colors are welcome. Suits for men and formal dresses for women are recommended. For styling inspiration for the wedding, please see a Pinterest board linked here. Please note that the ceremony will take place on sand. You are welcome to navigate the sand barefoot if easier during the ceremony portion of the day.

For both the welcome party and wedding day, we ask that guests do not wear white, ivory or beige, as those colors are reserved for the bride.

Is the wedding kid friendly?

5

Although we love your little ones, the wedding is an adults-only occasion. If you need help finding a local babysitter, please reach out to Emerson and Kaylee directly for recommendations.

The welcome party is open to both you and your children. If your kids are in town with you, we’d love to have the full family at the welcome party.

Will there be transportation?

9

We will provide a shuttle service from The Bay Club Hotel & Marina to/from the wedding venue. Please check back closer to wedding day for shuttle pick-up and drop-off times.

Is there parking on site?

10

While there is a parking lot near the venue, parking is extremely limited during peak summer season. We strongly suggest utilizing the shuttle or taking an Uber/Lyft to and from the venue.

What menu options are there for people with dietary restrictions?

11

When RSVPing, please select from the dietary options listed.

Do I need to attend all the wedding weekend activities?

8

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30PM. Please do not be late.

Are there any wedding traditions guests should know about in advance?

Emerson and Kaylee will participate in a “money dance,” a wedding guest tradition in Latin American cultures where guests give cash to dance with the bride or the groom. This high-energy tradition is a communal act symbolizing goodwill and prosperity. All guests are welcome to participate in this fun tradition.
